Roldo has worked in the Lethbridge area for over 25 years. He has business experience in many technical trades and was a business owner/operator for ten years. Roldo's education includes a Journeyman's Certification in Electronics and a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management (entrepreneurial emphasis). Roldo is familiar with many business models and looks forward to helping local entrepreneurs and business owners succeed in 2021.

Jason joins the Community Futures team with a bright passion for supporting entrepreneurs in the inception and development of their business’s. He brings with him a wealth of knowledge and experience in small business start-up, financing, and strategy solutions. As a small business owner, real estate developer and investor, he has a sincere empathy for the challenges and opportunities that owners are faced with daily. Jason also lived and worked in the still-developing Caribbean nation of Belize, where he managed the development of the countries first and largest, flagship hotel. He ultimately became the General Manager of the ~60 acre property, leading over 150 staff while tending the concerns of 400+ guests.
